The flow explained
Receive products equipped with a RFID tag
All Basiq Dental products are tagged with unique RFID tags in the Basiq Dental warehouse. These tags contain product codes, batch numbers and expiry dates. As the products are delivered already tagged, they can be entered directly into the stock. This eliminates the need to book products in and out.
Weekly ordering
The weekly order moment arrives – but what is missing? In one smooth motion, the scanner easily scans all products in your stock, without manual counting. The scanner reads more than 200 tags per second, thus completing a scan within minutes.
Automatic order proposal
You will know in no time what is missing from your inventory. This information is automatically compared with your preset min/max values and an order proposal is generated. You add this to your shopping cart on the website in just one click. You then place the order as usual. A new personal record!
Fast delivery
The order will be delivered on the day you selected in the checkout. Upon opening the box, you will see that the entire delivery is labelled again. The products can be used immediately or added to the stock.
